First seen Jun 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested a new cell therapy called TAEST16001 in 8 adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma whose tumors have a specific marker (NY-ESO-1) and tissue type (HLA-A*02:01). The goal was to see if the treatment could shrink tumors or control the disease. The trial was ended early, so results are limited.
