First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking a low-dose daily pill (tadalafil 5 mg) can reduce urinary leakage and other bothersome bladder symptoms in men recovering from prostate surgery for an enlarged prostate. About 40 men will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks after surgery. The goal is to see if the drug helps them regain normal urination faster and with fewer side effects.
