Summary

This study tests whether tadalafil, a drug that improves blood flow, can thicken the uterine lining and increase pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility undergoing frozen embryo transfer. One hundred women with good-quality day-five frozen embryos will receive tadalafil or a placebo. The main goal is to see if more women become pregnant, measured by a positive pregnancy hormone test.
