Summary
This study tests whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tACS can improve cognitive abilities in people with Lewy body dementia. Forty participants will receive either real or sham stimulation over two weeks, and their thinking, memory, and daily function will be measured. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and offers any benefit for symptoms like memory loss and confusion.
