Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation called tACS can help teenagers aged 12-18 who hurt themselves (non-suicidal self-injury) gain better control over impulses. Sixty participants will receive either real or fake (sham) stimulation twice daily for a week. Researchers will measure changes in self-harm frequency, impulsivity, and depression to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
