New formula could make transplant pregnancies safer

NCT ID NCT07422012

First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study aims to create a formula that adjusts tacrolimus blood levels in pregnant women who have had a uterus transplant. Pregnancy changes how the body processes the drug, so current tests may not show the true active amount. Researchers will study 55 participants to develop a more accurate dosing method.
