New pill cocktail could boost liver cancer treatment

Summary

This study compares two treatments for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. One group gets a standard procedure (TACE) plus a three-drug pill regimen, while the other gets TACE plus standard targeted therapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see which combination helps people live longer. About 222 adults who have not had prior liver cancer treatment will take part.
