Summary
This study tested a technology-based coaching and information program designed for Asian American midlife women who care for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. Fifty-four participants used the program to see if it could reduce their stress and improve their well-being. The goal was to make caregiving less overwhelming and support the health of both the caregiver and the person they care for.
