Summary
This study aimed to find out which training method works better for improving sprint performance. Researchers compared a high-intensity Tabata workout to a traditional periodized weightlifting program over eight weeks. They measured changes in speed, power, and agility in a group of 32 sprinters to see which approach gave better results.
