This study tested a 6-week program called Ta'am Mustadam to see if it helps young adults make more sustainable food choices. 82 university students took part, receiving educational messages, recipe videos, and hands-on activities. Researchers measured changes in diet, knowledge, and intentions to eat more plant-based foods and less red meat.
