Summary
This study looked at how the drug TA-7284 behaves in people with type 2 diabetes who also have moderate kidney impairment. 24 participants received a single dose of the drug to measure its levels in the blood and its effect on sugar excretion. The goal was to understand safety and how the kidneys process the drug, not to treat the disease.
