Summary

This study looked at how a diabetes drug called TA-7284 works in people with type 2 diabetes who also have moderate kidney problems. 24 adults took a single dose of the drug to see how it moved through their bodies and affected blood sugar. The goal was to understand how kidney function changes drug effects and safety.
