NCT ID NCT00707954
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new diabetes medication called TA-7284 to check its safety and how it affects blood sugar levels. Researchers gave the drug to 61 people with type 2 diabetes for 15 days, testing four different doses. The main goal was to see how the body processes the drug and whether it causes side effects, while also measuring its impact on blood glucose and insulin.
