Summary
This study tested two different strengths of a new eye drop, T4090, against an existing drop called Rhopressa in 161 adults with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure. The goal was to see which one lowers eye pressure better and is safer. Both treatments aim to control the disease, not cure it.
