First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding another drug to metformin and an SGLT-2 inhibitor can improve blood sugar stability in people with type 2 diabetes. About 178 adults with poor blood sugar control will receive the combination therapy for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if it reduces daily glucose fluctuations and increases time in the healthy blood sugar range.
