First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase 2 trial tests the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has high levels of the HER2 protein. Participants receive T-DXd by IV every three weeks. The study measures how long the cancer stays under control and overall survival. It enrolls about 30 adults whose cancer has worsened after at least one prior treatment.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced lung cancer that overproduces HER2 protein.
