New immune therapy targets Hard-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment for recurrent ovarian cancer using a patient's own immune cells, modified to recognize and attack cancer cells. Ten adults with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer will receive an infusion of these engineered T cells, with or without chemotherapy. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects.
