Scientists test engineered immune cells to fight tough cancers

NCT ID NCT07474168

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new type of personalized cell therapy called NW-301VT for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (KRAS G12V mutation). About 9 participants will have their own immune cells collected, genetically modified to better target the cancer, and then infused back into their body. The main goal is to see if this treatment is safe and to find the right dose, while also checking for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
