Experimental immune cell therapy targets Tough-to-Treat sarcomas

Summary
This study tests an experimental treatment called Lete-Cel, which uses a patient's own genetically modified immune cells to fight two types of advanced soft tissue cancer: synovial sarcoma and myxoid/round cell liposarcoma. It involves 87 participants whose cancers have progressed after standard treatments and who have specific genetic markers. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it shrinks tumors.
