Summary

This study looks at people with peripheral T-cell lymphoma whose cancer went away after their first treatment. It compares two options: getting a stem cell transplant using their own cells, or simply watching and waiting. The goal is to see which approach helps keep the cancer away longer and is safer. About 160 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part.
