New cell therapy aims to rebuild immunity after cancer transplant

NCT ID NCT04640987

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether a new cell therapy called T-allo10 is safe and can help rebuild the immune system after a stem cell transplant for children and young adults with serious blood cancers. The goal is to help the body fight cancer recurrence while trying to avoid a dangerous complication called graft-versus-host disease. Researchers will test different doses to find the safest and most effective amount to give.
