Summary
This large study will test if a mobile health platform with digital tools helps people better manage high blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. Over 4,000 adults in New Taipei City will use the platform to track their numbers and get guidance. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better control of these conditions and reduces damage to the heart, kidneys, and blood vessels.
