Summary

This early study will test a single dose of an experimental drug called SYT-510 in 24 adults with generalized anxiety disorder. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce anxiety-related brain activity and defensive behaviors, and to check its safety. Participants will receive both the drug and a placebo at different times to compare effects.
