New drug SYS6043 aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SYS6043 in people with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 820 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part, receiving different doses to find the best one.
