Summary
This study tests a new drug (SYS6006) combined with another drug (Enlonstobart) in people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and works better than Enlonstobart alone. About 264 adults will take part in two phases: first to find the right dose, then to measure tumor shrinkage.
