New drug combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug (SYS6006) combined with an immunotherapy (Enlonstobart) in people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks if the combo shrinks tumors better than the immunotherapy alone. About 264 adults will take part.
