Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week multispecies synbiotic supplement can lower harmful gut-derived toxins and inflammation in adults on maintenance hemodialysis. Researchers will measure changes in blood and urine levels of uremic toxins and inflammatory markers. The goal is to see if improving gut health can reduce complications in chronic kidney disease.
