Summary
This study is testing whether a special supplement called Vivatlac Synbiotic can help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by changing the bacteria in their gut. About 20 adults with moderate to severe IBS will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare stool samples to see if the supplement improves gut health and reduces symptoms.
