Summary

This study aimed to see if taking NSAIDs on a schedule, rather than as needed, could reduce joint pain and swelling in children with Lyme arthritis and possibly prevent long-term symptoms. Only 3 participants were enrolled before the study was stopped early. The approach compared scheduled NSAIDs, acetaminophen, or a mix of both.
