New symptom tracker aims to give kidney patients a voice
NCT ID NCT07186218
Summary
This study is testing whether having patients with advanced kidney disease regularly report their symptoms using an electronic survey helps their doctors provide better care. For 12 months, half of the 70 participants will fill out monthly symptom reports that are shared with their kidney doctor, while the other half receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple tool improves communication, helps manage symptoms, and enhances patients' quality of life.
