Summary
This study aims to create and test a new questionnaire to help adult survivors of childhood cancer report their long-term symptoms and health problems. Researchers are working with over 800 survivors to identify which symptoms matter most and to make sure the questionnaire is accurate and useful for doctors. The goal is to improve long-term care by giving survivors a better way to communicate their health needs.
