NCT ID NCT07360106

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a probiotic drink called Symprove can relieve persistent gut symptoms like bloating and pain in adults with coeliac disease who are already on a strict gluten-free diet. About 24 participants will take the probiotic daily, and researchers will track symptom changes, quality of life, and gut bacteria. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug option for those who still feel unwell despite a healed gut.
