Summary

This study follows about 500 people in China with resistant hypertension (high blood pressure that doesn't respond well to multiple medications) who have been treated with the Symplicity Spyral system, a device that uses radiofrequency energy to calm overactive kidney nerves. Researchers will track their blood pressure, medication use, and safety for up to 36 months to see if the procedure provides lasting control. The goal is to help patients achieve better blood pressure management without needing lifelong high doses of drugs.
