5,000-Patient registry monitors heart device safety in everyday use

Summary
This study is a registry that will follow 5,000 people who receive Medtronic heart devices to see how well the devices work and if any safety issues arise in real-world use. It is not testing a new treatment but rather collecting information to confirm the devices are safe and effective. Anyone getting a Medtronic heart device can join, as long as they agree to share their data.
