Summary
This early-stage study tests a single dose of an investigational injection called SYH2082 in 44 healthy adults who are overweight or obese. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable, not to treat or cure obesity. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
