Summary

This study tests a device called SWM-831 in 81 people with moderate to severely hardened leg arteries from peripheral artery disease. The goal is to see if the device can safely open the blocked artery enough before using a drug-coated balloon or stent. The main measure is whether the procedure succeeds with less than 50% narrowing and no serious tears.
