Summary
This study tests whether a high-dose, high-intensity neurorehabilitation program is practical and helpful for adults recovering from a stroke. About 120 participants will receive up to 300 minutes of technology-supported training each week, in addition to standard care, across hospitals, clinics, and home settings in Switzerland. The goal is to see if this approach can improve movement and daily function, and whether it can be used in routine care.
