Summary
This study aimed to create the first comprehensive picture of what children and teenagers in Switzerland eat and how it affects their health. Researchers collected detailed information from over 1,800 randomly selected healthy children aged 6-17 through interviews, questionnaires, and physical measurements. The goal was to understand dietary habits, nutrient intake, and overall nutritional status to inform public health recommendations.
