This study follows 6,000 Swiss healthcare professionals and informal (family) caregivers over time to learn what affects their well-being and whether they plan to stay in their roles. Researchers will track career changes, mental health, and reasons for leaving. The goal is to find ways to better support these essential workers and improve the healthcare system.
