Can a simple label stop parents from buying sugary drinks?
NCT ID NCT07249008
Summary
This study aims to see if putting warning labels on foods and drinks containing non-sugar sweeteners changes what parents choose to buy for their children. Researchers will ask over 1,000 Brazilian parents to pick items like yogurt and drinks in an online shopping test. They will compare choices when no label is shown versus when a warning label is present.
