Summary
This study looks at whether eating sweet corn every day for 4 weeks can increase levels of healthy nutrients called carotenoids in the blood and improve gut health. Researchers will measure carotenoids in the skin and blood, and track any digestive symptoms or changes in gut bacteria. The study involves 40 healthy adults who are willing to follow the corn-eating plan.
