Summary
This study looks at whether eating sweet corn every day for 4 weeks can increase levels of healthy pigments called carotenoids in your blood and skin. It also checks if corn affects digestion and gut bacteria. About 40 healthy adults will participate to see if this common vegetable has hidden benefits.
