Simple swallow training may cut choking risk in seniors

Summary
This study tests whether a simple swallowing training program can improve swallowing function, reduce choking, and boost quality of life in older adults with mild swallowing difficulties. About 474 participants aged 60+ from the community will be randomly assigned to the training or usual care. The program is designed to be easy to follow at home.
