Summary
This study aims to better understand swallowing difficulties in people with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). Researchers will use painless surface sensors to measure muscle activity during swallowing in 30 participants—some with EoE and some healthy volunteers. The goal is to gather detailed information about how EoE affects the swallowing process, which could help improve future assessments.
