NCT ID NCT07278076
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study involves 60 speech-language pathologists who will look at images of food residue in the throat and decide whether to restrict a patient's diet. Half will watch an educational video first to see if it changes their decisions. The goal is to understand how much residue is too much, so that patients aren't unnecessarily taken off eating by mouth.
