Summary
This study followed 240 people with head and neck cancer to see how their first treatment affected their ability to swallow. Researchers used a special questionnaire and doctor exams to track swallowing problems from diagnosis up to 18 months after treatment. The goal was to understand how often and how long these problems last, and how they affect nutrition.
