Summary

This study looks at different ways to close the wound after hip or knee replacement surgery. About 90 adults having these surgeries will be randomly assigned to one of two closure methods. The goal is to see which method leads to better wound healing, fewer complications like infection, and better recovery. Results will help surgeons choose the best technique.
