This study follows 400 Swedish elite football players (academy and professional) for up to 8 years to see how training load, fitness, and physical traits affect injury risk and success. Researchers will measure things like endurance, strength, and agility, and track injuries over time. The goal is to develop tests that can spot players at risk and help them return to play safely.
