Summary

This study follows 400 Swedish elite football players (academy and professional) for up to 8 years to understand how physical fitness, training load, and other factors affect injury risk and success. Researchers will measure strength, speed, endurance, and track injuries over time. The goal is to create a test battery to help screen players for injury risk and guide return to sport.
