First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining a Mediterranean-style diet with personalized exercise can help prevent metabolic issues (like high blood sugar) and muscle or bone problems in young athletes aged 14 to 25. About 70 healthy participants who exercise at least 4 days a week will be randomly assigned to different diet and exercise programs. The goal is to find effective strategies to keep young athletes healthy and avoid future disorders.
