Inclusion Criteria: * 1\. Adults aged 25 to 60 years with chronic non-specific low back pain. 2\. No history of previous spinal surgery. 3\. No history of major lumbar trauma. 4\. Pain intensity of ≥3/10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). 5\. Ability to understand the instructions and complete the questionnaires. 6\. No previous participation in a suspension exercise program Exclusion Criteria: 1. Recent lumbar trauma. 2. Spinal surgery performed less than six months before enrollment. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Severe cognitive or psychological disorders. 5. Refusal to participate. 6. Severe cardiovascular complications. 7. Acute joint pain limiting the ability to perform the exercises.
