Inclusion Criteria: * 1\. Adults aged 25 to 60 years with chronic non-specific low back pain. 2\. No history of previous spinal surgery. 3\. No history of major lumbar trauma. 4\. Pain intensity of ≥3/10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). 5\. Ability to understand the instructions and complete the questionnaires. 6\. No previous participation in a suspension exercise program Exclusion Criteria: 1. Recent lumbar trauma. 2. Spinal surgery performed less than six months before enrollment. 3. Pregnancy. 4.
