Survey asks: do patients want a lifesaving overdose reversal drug?
NCT ID NCT04129138
Summary
This study is a survey to understand what high-risk patients and their caregivers think about being prescribed naloxone spray, a medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. Researchers want to learn if people see it as helpful and what might stop them from wanting it. The goal is to use this information to improve education and make it easier for people to get this potentially lifesaving medication.
