Summary

This study tests if wearing tight surgical gloves on the hands can prevent nerve damage caused by the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel in breast cancer patients. About 84 people with stage II-III breast cancer will be randomly assigned to either standard care or glove compression during treatment. The goal is to see if this simple method reduces numbness, tingling, and pain in the hands and improves quality of life.
